Our Story
My name is Yash, and I am the founder of Island Auto Glass. My journey into this industry started in an unexpected way. Six years ago, I moved to the United States from India, full of hope and ready to work hard for a better future. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I was forced to find new opportunities, and a family friend who owned a local glass business gave me a chance to help out. That was the first time I was introduced to auto glass repair and replacement.

After a few months, my friend sold his business to an auto glass company, and I continued working there as a helper. I started at the bottom, learning the trade step by step, from windshield chip repair to back glass and door glass replacement. With each job, I gained experience, sharpened my skills, and developed a true passion for the craft. After five years in the industry, I knew I was ready to take the next step.

In 2024, I opened Island Auto Glass with a clear goal in mind: to provide excellent service and affordable pricing to my community. I wanted to create an alternative to the big corporations by focusing on honest workmanship, personal relationships, and real care for every customer who trusted me with their vehicle.

This business is also a family effort. My wife, Brianna, has been a tremendous help from the very beginning and now manages the office with dedication and care. Chelsea, who brings over 15 years of experience in marketing and graphic design, helps us share our story and reach more people in need of reliable auto glass services.
